An embodiment of the present invention provides a biodegradable resin composition containing biomass and a polyhydroxyalkanoate (PHA) resin, a biodegradable film and a mulching film formed using same, and a method for preparing same. A biodegradable resin composition according to an embodiment can enhance tensile strength, elongation, flexibility, and impact resistance of a film formed therefrom by containing the specific components, can be applied to various fields due to biodegradability thereof in both soil and the ocean, and can exert excellent characteristics when usefully applied to, especially, a mulching film.
